I thought I would make "my version" of an Irish Red Ale...and yet during Covid19, perhaps something good came out of it. Truly, to be a COVID 19 ale, it should be a brown ale, you know, with the SH_T hitting the fan and all. But as I continued to tinker, I kinda ended up with an American Brown Ale. Fits. Maybe it should be called Covid Amber.
