Looked at bottles, some sediment has settled but there is still quite a bit suspended. Took last bottle filled for sample (slightly less volume than others). Placed in freezer for 90 minutes and then moved to refrigerator. Will open and sample after 24 hours. |

Opened one. Good Carbonation. Semi dry, low malt flavor and high bitterness. Sediment had all dropped but beer was still slightly hazy. Placing bottles in refrigerator to condition 1 more week and will check again. . |

Very Clear. Great head retention, over an inch of foam on a normal pour, retains head throughout. Good Lacing. Nice amber color. High bitterness, Dank and resinous. Slight citrus smell. Probably too bitter for some. Not what I would call balanced. |
