Fermentation Try and hit 68 degrees

Dry Hop schedule - when gravity is a few points off add the dry hops and lower temp to 15. Rest here for 24Hrs then chill to 8 for another 2 days. Rack and Enjoy!

For the dry Hop

Add as much cascade, simcoe, and Amarillo as you can

More hops the better and fresher the dry hop flavour will be.

I would aim for at least 1kg dry hop.
