Notes

TWIST1: 1/4-1/2 oz. of lemon peel last 5 min of boil
and/or dryhop with 1 oz. Cascade hops

Twist2: 1/4-1/2 oz Grains of Paradise last 5 min of boil and/or 1-2 oz. freeze dried lime last 5 min of boil to pasteurize and into ferment for 5-7 days.

Twist3: This is a great base beer for adding pretty much any fruit from 1/2 - 1 lb. per gallon.
