Notes

Actually added 3kg of LME, but it only added 1.018 of OG
Only added 30L of water, because there was less grain to soak it up

Bizarrely seemed to hit 1.050 OG, which was weird because it produced a lot of wort - a full 25L from 30L in the mash.
