Notes

I split the batch is two:

I made concentrate from apple juice for the first half: 2 gallons frozen, then thawed to let just the apple run off, totaling 3 qts concentrate. Keg and fridge it so the apple doesn't ferment. Tastes amazing! Apple-Wheat beer.

The second half I did a secondary with 5lb of strawberries. Let the strawberries ferment.
