Notes

Hoppy Beer Thiol Madness but you don't "boil", aka gambling with sulfides. More low-bitterness hoppy beer experimentation!

Local Skagit Valley pilsner base malt 12lbs, dash of honey malt + belgian malts and a small amount of cane sugar + honey

Phantasm: 1 Oz mixed into start of mash, 1 Oz added at whirlpool

Hops: Cascade; 4 Oz in mash, 2oz in whirlpool starting at 175f going to 185, then down to 175 again roughly 30 minutes, add another 2oz for 30 min at 175f and kill heat. 2 sparges, 2nd sparge ~.007
