Added hops at flameout, than cooled to 70 C in 10-15 minutes. Maintained 80C for 90 minutes. |

1.018-ish. Nice head. Wonderful aroma. Medium-high bitterness sensation, but will reduce after crashing (hop particles in suspension).
Raising temp to 24 C. |

Quite bitter... probably around 40-45 ibus... calculate 4% utilization next time when adding at flameout and chilling right away to 80 C.
Nice hop aroma. Lacks a bit body, but might be the lack of carbonation. |

Was probably closer to 2.7 CO2 volumes than 1.8. A bit hot. |
