Gjæring:
Kjøles ned til 10-11 grader før pitching av gjær. Gjæring under ca 0,5 bar trykk, 13 grader. Temperatur økes 2-3 grader ved SG 1.026 (50% utgjæring) og 2-3 grader ved 1.017 (75%). Når det begynner å nærme seg 90% trappes temperaturen opp med en halv til 1 grad pr døgn til 20-21 grader og FG 1.007 oppnådd. Deretter cold crash. Sett på ekstra trykk før nedkjøling
