Based loosely on a goose island IPA clone, but with lower target FG

Trying out a new method of dry hopping - adding the dry hops to the king keg pressure barrel in a muslin bag, the beer dispensing tube is inside the hop bag (with a further filter cover to prevent hop blockage / debris) to improve hop flavour.
