Notes

先代ヘッドブルワー(醸造長)南彰三が手掛けた最後の作品。上方ビールにきて初めて書いたレシピも同スタイルのウエストコーストIPAでした。緻密なモルトの組合わせと大胆にホップを使った、彼の3年間が詰まった記念のビールです。切れ味の良いシャープな口当たりと華やかな香り・心地よい苦味を味わえるクラフトビールの醍醐味といえるビールに仕上がっています。
