Notes

Jasmine rice

5 gallons of mash water @ 178.3. Add 2 lb 2-row and 8 lbs milled rice. Should come to 168 degrees for the cereal mash. Mash for 20 minutes. Bring to boil for 20 minutes.

4.5 gallon at 85.97 degrees added to the boiled cereal mash should drop temperature to 152.3 degrees for mash in. Add remaining grain and mash for 60 minutes.

20 Minute mash additions are for the cereal mash. (add to 5 gallons)

60 Minute mash additions are for actual mash (add to 4.5 gallons)
