Target concentration was 1.4Qt/#, hydration 1.009Qt/#. Started with rakes at 15Htz in REVERSE, hydrating at 8gpm. After 25% of base malt was in, reduced to 5Htz forward and 5.5gpm. Used about .5 rice hull bag. Sieve analysis at grist case: #14-67.96%, #18-11.05%, #60-14.36%, PAN-6.63%. |

15min vorlauf at 13Htz yielded 1076. Targeted an RO speed of 6.5gpm. 70% volume test yielded 1055 with RO at 1021. Last RO was 1014. |
