Brett character comping along nicely and dominates the nose. Hints of apricot and gooseberry on the nose as well.
Strong white wine character with funky hay and acidity coming through. Same type of tongue acidity as a white wine. Very clean dry finish. |

Nose: sweet Brett character, hints of cherry and rose, very like alcohol smell
Taste: very delicate and wine like character, almost no trace of pomegranate or berries, but they could be what is adding to the wine profile (also maybe the Syrah oak), slight spiciness upon first sip with a clean finish, light mouthfeel with some alcoholic heat, not very tart or funky, but it maybe develop more character as it ages. |

Strong Brett cherry nose - hints of berry, currant, citrus, and artificial candy
Acidic hire wine taste with hints of rose and cherry. No trace of pomegranate.
