Notes

At 60 minutes, turned on water/whirlpool and turned down the heat once temp hit 177, I threw in all 6.5 oz of hops and stabilized temp around 166 before cutting the chiller/heat. Slowly lowered temp to 148 over 30 minutes of whirlpooling.

Pitched around 77° and chilled to 62. Slowly raised back up to 68 over 2 days. Steady bubbling and Krause after 24 hours even with cool temps.

This was the best NEIPA I’ve ever made.
