So I was miles off on volume and gravity post mash.
25lts at 1.045
Added water up
To 29lts then had to add a whole 1kg of sugar to get 1.049 pre boil gravity.
This in turn made the beer more fermentable this the extra ABV.
Beer went on chill 1 day after dry hopping.
Hop wise it smells and tastes great. Had a ball ache getting it out of the FV into keg as it kept getting blocked.
