Notes

Combine 1 red chili pepper chopped(with seeds) and 2g ground black pepper with 8oz/250ml vodka on brew day and allow to steep. Strain liquid and add 1/2 @ dry hop. Sample prior to bottling and add more as desired to taste.
Target OG is 1.056(additional sugar from beets),Target FG is 1.014
