Raised temp up to 65 for 3 days, then on this day, started a natural cold crash. Was in mid 30's for several days and down to 32. Back to 37 by packaging. |

Kegged from Spike. Was easy and without issue. I had dumped/captured yeast the day before. I drained out about 6oz of trub through the beer line. Good idea as it gets you past trub to beer and also fills line with beer instead of air. |
