Notes

Been sitting on 4oz of African hops for about a year now with no clue what to do with them. One of them I cant find much details on at all, but they are supposed to be fruity, so NEIPA it is. Going to toss them into the dryhop and see what they taste like. Padding out the hop profile w/ a good bit of Apollo in the boil for some American dank, and some late/dry additions of Centennial, Sabro, and Citra to help highlight some fruity notes.
