Notes

Cold brew started with Pour coffee: 5.5 oz coarse grounds added to 32 oz filtered water in the fridge for ~24 hours.

Vanilla bean target is 1 lb/3 bbl which equals 23 g/keg. Need ~75 mL of extract to hit that. Add half Tahitian beans and all Madagascar beans. Combine leftover solids with more vodka to keep extracting.

1.657 oz of extract = 49 mL (from ~10 beans total)
