Notes

Ferment at 67. Split dry hops. Columbus, 1 oz 586 and 1 oz Mosaic in fermenter after 4 days. Add rest of dryhops (586 and Mosaic) 3 days later. Drop temp 3 per day and keg after 7 more days. Gelatin and SMB at kegging.
