Notes

Goal is a pale ale with some fruitiness and biscuit that can pass as an english pale ale with english yeast but use an american yeast (and longer hopestand with US hops) in split batch to pass as an american pale ale, all without crystal malt.

recipe update: will use kveik yeast for apa version and hopstand will be with columbus and willamette hops.
