Notes

Pre-brewing notes:
Simple grain bill base of pilsner, and then ~10% of flaked oats, white wheat, and Chit malt. Hop bill is Citra, Simcoe, Columbus, and Mandarina (which was originally supposed to be Cascade, but I'm out) trying to keep around 10 IBU's and 6oz in the dry hop. S-04 because it's good.
