Quite tasty, but next time, try not using Kellogg's corn flakes. Wort mustn't have been overly fermentable, gravity was 7 points high. Yikes. Krispy yeast was done done done, and the beer was well clarified coming out of primary after a week. Fast yeast, but we're going to try this one again, with less corn, and corn that was from a brew shop, instead of a grocery store. All in all, highly drankable beers tho. |
