Hops slightly different from the normal recipe based on what I have in stock (basically no Mosaic).

60 mins Magnum
15 mins 50g Centennial
0 mins 55g Citra
I'll order some more stocks so I have Mosaic for the Dry Hop

Milled the grain Sat pm with the newly adapted rollers using the rubber seal to ensure both rollers are driven. A lot slower than usual, but got a very good crush. Will be interesting to see what OG/efficiency I get.
