Low temp at mash-in. Sitting at 146oF. Added 1.7L boiling water to bring up to 156oF at 20 mins into mash. |

Had 1.049 after 1st Gallon at 54oC.
Took too much wort. Gravity of 0.092 was at last running and not from stirred kettle. Not temp either. |

Taste of caramel, toffee, biscuit and grain. Low hoppiness with light to medium mouthfeel. Nice copper brown colour, slightly cloudy. |
