Fermentation began overnight on the 11/7. The Next Morning the airlock was bubbling slightly, with little to no foam. By the end of the day (2000), significant foam build up. Not to top. By the morning of 11/8, blow out tube installed as the airlock was becoming overworked and filling with foam. Note: Always install blow out tube from now on.

0610 - Fermenter still bubbling and very active. Most of the sugar off the bottom is being eaten by yeast. Very good I'm guessing. Temp is fluctuating between 72 and 74. Coming close to a week. If activation decreases the blueberries will be added. |

Beer was Clear, but purple in color. Not an over powering of blueberry. Kind of a beer / wine / seltzer taste and feel. Very light and popular.
I would like a little more hop bite to it, however the wife loves |
