Low mash pH.
12:08 pH reading 5.37, target 5.5-5.6, difficult measuring chalk on scale, should deal with tsp
12:15 added chalk in small bits in attempt to raise pH (Ca+ & BiCarbonate as well) 5.43 new reading
Mash dropped to 150 playing with pH, adding boiling water to up temp, target = 154F
12:41 mash up to 5.45-5.5. also added boiling water to bring mash to 152. All thermometers are reading differently.

2:34 boil start. Boiling until 1.032-1.035
2:43 gravity = 1.029
2:52 gravity = 1.032, start 60 minute boil (+18min boil) .5 oz Galena

3:52 cooling starts. Added 2 G of hot coil water to 2 Gallon of concentrated PBW for cleaning
4:00 cooling temp = 120F 5.4 gallons, over boil
4:06 98F, switched to snow in cooler and pump
4:18 cooled to 68F, transfer to carboy and aerating with strainer and funnel
1.043 OG from refrac and hydrometer
Put in basement ambient ~68F, switched to keezer set to 64F with blowoff tube
