OG 1.050, pitched from pack with no starter - strong fermentation within 5 hours at 80 degrees - added 1 oz Galaxy to primary fermenter 40 hours after pitch, when primary fermentation began to slow, then 1 oz galaxy and 1 oz nelson sauvin when transferred to secondary
