I ramped the temp from 62 to 66 and fermentation commenced. 12 hours later, I had a 1.5 inch krausen and lots of activity. Fermentation is looking good - even though my yeast was expired since 11-2020. No worries. |

Clear beer. Bottled 6 and kegged the rest. Completed dryhop, diacetyl (2 days), 4 days crashed. |
