Currently 5 gal two vessel all grain stove top. I am building a 10 gal two vessel counter top Brutis 20. All electric 240 volt control panel for the PIDs element switching, temp alarms, and pump controls. The heating element will be mounted on a stainless steel heat stick so it can be removed for cleaning, and also to use in the mash tun if necessary. I use a dedicated fermintation chamber for precice temp controls, and keg a majority of beers with the exception of barley-wines, stouts, and other brews that need extended aging.
