I've been a homebrewer since 2012. I started out, like many other people, with an extract recipe. I found the recipe in Charlie P's "The Complete Joy of Homebrewing". I made the Irish red recipe, and oh boy I was hooked. This hobby is always evolving for me. For the past couple years, I've really had the competition bug. It's been a fun journey.
I'm in Brown's Point Homebrew club. We meet 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month, 7pm @ north 47 brewing. Our meetings are focused on improving our skills as brewers. Come join us if you'd like to meet with likeminded folks.
