Started with Mr. Beer that i got for christmas. Brewed 3 beers then it got hot....to hot to brew anything soooo ..I made a cold box out of my daughters old dorm fridge. Just started to brew again proabaly 4 months later.
Brewed my first 5 gallon extract with special grains 9/10/12
The cold box is doing great contant temp of 68.
11/2013, brewing all grain now, got nice equipment for brewing.
8/28/2019, went electric in my basement
Blond, Irish red ale, Munich helles. Sweet stout.
