I started with extract brewing 20 years ago in Madison, Wisconsin, shifted to brewing all-grain in the UK, now in Australia.

My Beers:

I brew a lot of Belgian styles - strong golden ales, tripels, saison and Orval clones. Seasonal Weizen and Porters too.
