I brew non-traditional beers with traditional methods and ingredients. I'm obsessed with creating faux flavor and aroma compounds using mostly Reinheitsgebot compliant brewing ingredients (Malt, Hops, Water, Yeast). IE: Ripe Mango with a 75/25 mix Galaxy/Mosaic in the Whirlpool. I specifically don't use fruit because it's cheating with the amazing hops available to us now. Proudly old school to remind people that magic can be made with simplicity and hours of research.
As you can tell from my shared recipes I use a model nomenclature to specify variations, IE: v1.1 v2.3. I don't brew anything below v1.3 and recommend you not brew them either; they're not finished. I attempt to edit/polish all of my recipes 4 times before they are brewed. Anything above v2.0 is what I consider a "masterworked" recipe with at least 2 Professional Brewer's thoughts, 2 Cicerone's input, and 1 BJCP Judge's approval.
