I have enjoyed all of the different stages of brewing over the years. I started with extract brewing, moved up to partial mash, then tried my 1st all grain a few years ago by using BIAB and insulating with some old sleeping bags. That seemed a little clunky and my efficiency was poor, so I made a MT and stuck with that for a while. Recently, I converted to eBIAB and have a new appreciation for the simplicity, the easy cleanup, and the ease of calculations mashing with full volume.
I have been brewing a lot of English beers lately including bitters, dark milds, and even a golden ale. Also, I have really been enjoying dark lagers such as Vienna lagers, schwartzbier, and dunkels. I always keep some kind of IPA on tap. My 4-tap kegerator usually has 4 on tap and one conditioning on deck.
