I am a novice brewer from Redding Ca. I have been brewing for almost 2 years and have approximately 20 brew's under my belt. my main method of brewing is BIAB but I have done extract's and partials.

Still brewing and still learning. Joined a local homebrew club, The Shasta Society of Brewers. I am planing on entering a couple of homebrew competitions this year.
