I started brewing in the early nineties and stopped. I have not brewed in about 15 years. I have been inspired by some friends and am taking it up again. I went to all grain brewing early as I felt the flavors were better. As It has been a while my process need refining. I am in the Groucho Marx phase right now. "there is nothing like a good beer and that is nothing like a good beer. The bar is fairly high with our group and my first few batches have not been good enough to share.
I would like to make a few beers consistently.
Pilsner, Russian Stout, IPA, Belgian Ale, German Dark Lager
