Over 12 years of Homebrewing on various setups, I currently mainly brew with a BIAB system in my apartment. I brew a wide variety of things from standard beers to kettle sours to craft seltzers and meads. I'm very active in the N. Indiana scene and attend 4-5 public events every year with the Marshall County Brew Club. Notable events are the Michiana Festival of Beers and Hops and Coaster Drops @ Indiana Beach (GO TO THIS!!)
I love simple, hoppy pale ales and clear, bitter European styles. I often brew various Single Hop pale ales, kveiks, and IPAs, as well as a lot of kettle sours, seltzers, and meads which I bring to local beer events.
