My Brewing:

I'm a BIAB brewer using a 15.5 keg converted with a recirculating pump. I start with a batch size of 7 gallons and finish at 5.50 gallons. I use a SS fermenting bucket inside a temperature controlled mini refrigerator. I only keg finish products. With my current system I average +80 brew house efficiency.
