Retired after working 40 years. - I love the science of fermentation, have been a yeast rancher for many years (saccharomyces exiguous - 2 strains) and bake a lot of bread. Participated in a group brew in Oregon, summer of 2014 with the Cascade Fermentation Association and fell in love with the science and art of all-grain brewing. Thanks to my son Jess I have my own mash tun and stainless steel brew pot. I enjoy brew research and experimentation with grain bills, hop varieties, yeast strains, temperature and water profiles. Grow my own Cascade Hops; very good growing conditions in Northern Delaware.
