Just getting started. I did a 10 Gallon U Brew and got hooked. Lots of experience with mead and wine; just purchased a Mash and Boil.
1. Accidental Quint IPA (Est. 8.4%, 320 IBU)
2. Juniper and Gin IPA - a Simcoe forward hazy with 1lb of crushed juniper berries aged in navy strength gin. About as piney as it gets.
3. Toasted Coconut, Vanilla Imperial Porter.
