Since we recently downsized into a small townhouse I am now brewing small batches, either 3, 2.5, or one gallon. The same amount of fun, only now the equipment fits in my small closet.
Since there are very many nice IPAs available in Idaho, I am brewing mostly styles that are harder to get. Thus my interest in saisons, dark beers, pretty much any thing except IPAs and pilsners.
