I've been brewing since 2009, I work for Murphy & Son Ltd where I am the lab manager, we supply over 900+ UK breweries with all the ingredients, detergents and processing aids they need. After working there for four years I thought it was about time I gave this brewing thingy a go!
Now I am on my 80+ brew and still loving the hobby. Real ale and beer has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and without home brewing I don't think some of these new styles and great tasting hoppy beers would be around.
You name it ill drink it, still beers on my list I haven't made, but I have a real penchant for Stouts, Belgian beers and Sour beers!
