What’s your “house” yeast?

According to @dmtaylor 's yeast master, Mangrove Jack's M54 is the same yeast. Use it A LOT, very versitile yeast.

Hmmm. Description sounds like 34/70 lol... I may give it a go though as the last two Mangrove Jack yeasts I have used turned out great!
