Got it used on Craigslist. Won't need the sanke coupler and I'm throwing out the beer tubing, but even just the fridge itself would be a great deal for what I paid. I think the regulator needs at least one new gauge and check valve, and I don't think the CO2 tank has been inspected in a while, but it'll be a great fermentation chamber until I get some kegs

Double bonus for today, wife just came down and said "oh, BTW, you had yeast delivered today". Trying Wyeast 2308 Munich Larger for the Miabock and Wyeast 1098 for my CTC experiment. Now all I need to do is learn how to harvest the yeast from my conical so I can save some money.

Easy peasy. Find something to store it in (I use 1/2 quart mason jars), sanitize a 1 cup scoop (and the jar) and just scoop the majority of the stuff down in the cone into the jar. You don't have to get even most of it, don't go crazy. (Extra liquid on top is good). Then with the lid loose, put it in the fridge. It's good for months, but remember to aerate the wort when pitching.
