So good! There's a restaurant near work that makes their sauce from scratch and it's the best I've ever had. This store bought jar was alright, it hit the spotLove Caribbean jerk.

It came out great! It's smooth and a bit boozy! I used Cellar Science Monk yeast and added grains of paradise for a bit of peppery flavor. My FG came out to 6.8%.And and and.....
