What are you drinking right now?

Kim took Sophie to watch the pay Matilda and a “mommy daughter night”. So I’m drinking my Irish stout and brewing a Scottish 60 shilling. I’ll call it Tolbooth 60 shilling after the first pub in Scotland in which I had a pint.

Pretty sure that Targeting Bot has no idea what Michelob Ultra is. Or a koozie for that matter. :)
Ya, don't click yesterday link, it may just drain your savings, and give out your SSN

I'm too damn lazy to walk inside where it is light enough to take a pic, but drinking a yummy, Tripping Animals Dark Mexican Lager with my 80s playlist in the headphones. I went to the brewery tonight and had an ESB and a killer Saison. This work shit has to stop so I can actually do something important like brew my own damn Saison LOL.

Thanks. Hopefully you can join in to the zoom tomorrow. Be cool to “meet” you
I would love too, but by the time I got all the zoom stuff set up after work I will will only have enough of a brain left for Mystery Science Theater and watching the back of my eyelids. One of these days I will try. Y'all seem like very nice people

Drea’s Irish Red, first time using Mangrove Jack’s Empire Ale yeast. Flavor is absolutely wonderful with a bit of fruit thing in the background. I will be using this again, but next time I’ll add some finings to the keg. Doesn’t seem to clear as nice as I like.

@Sunfire96 and really anyone else. This batch of Irish stout I’ve added 2 drops of lactic acid to the glass before pull the pint. Gets a little of that twang you get with a Guinness. I can’t say I make Guinness, no where close, but the twang is closer than without
Check this out Josh Martin keen on his method

On that Guinness twang I'm sure I've spoke to you before about it anyhow
Might be worth a try if your game:)

Went to Casselberry and had a tasty Italian Lager and a very nice, 5 percenter, dry hopped Pale Ale. Also enjoying something that inspired my first lager on the deck on a nice 90 degree day.
