Drinking my last minit lager.
An experiment to see if leaving a conditioned lager in a keg out in ambient queensland weather for a month then putting it back on tap would effect flavour.

Its not as crisp as it was before hand its got that bottled slightly oxidized smell but still pretty drinkable bit not as good as if i left it down cold at 4c. Ah well alls left ti do now is drink up:)

Helles Projekt Bohemian Pilsner version. Quite good!

Well i was going to be drinking that Eureka pale ale untill i had an idiot moment after leaving it on the pool fence after photo and it fell on the ground dam it! So now im sipping mango lassi outta new cup lol:).

See how i still put the next one on the fence:confused::eek: ha ha...

That Eureka is a crisp clean ale but im kicking myself for not going ahead and dry hopping it. Fellow brewers that when you need to trust your brewstincts and go with the recipie dont back out on brew day and tame it down!

In another thread about 2 weeks ago I mentioned I had my first glass of my first homebrew, and a rather disappointing glass. Too dry, no body, no mouthfeel etc.

Two weeks has done this IPA a favour though. I'm not going to say it's a great beer, still too dry, not enough body etc...but it has improved and I'm quite enjoying it. And knowing it probably can get much better makes it a good saturday evening :D

Wow. Nice looking brown.

I'm a big fan of this local apa. Made with their own Zeus hops. Very nice.
