Love that beer! Really I love everything Samuel Smith that I’ve tried.

THAT! Is one of the best beers EVER! we usually get it here in 600ml bottles in December, but haven't for the last couple of years
I have brewed with several yeasts at warmer or cooler temperatures. I think the 300 is my fav brewed warmer wth experimental tangerine hops. Can't get any more though dang it. Didn't need a orange or lemon slice with them. The Hefeweitzen came out just as expected, despite trying a new yeast (White Labs WLP300 instead of Wyeast Wiehenstephan Weitzen 3068). Indeed, I get a bit more bubblegum. My go-to beer.View attachment 13606

At one of the local pubs (winter, what winter? Sorry). And they've got four single hopped beers on tap dry hopped at 30g/L (4 oz/gallon in the old money). How the world changes!
First round, the Nelson Sauvin is bloody good. Cashmere is fine, but surprisingly restrained.
And 30 g/litre dry hop? How the hell is that a sustainable business model? Pricing is only 25% higher than the local macro pale lager.
10 months, ouch. We're a couple of months out of our 4 month lockdown over winter.a bit jealous, being 10 months into a lockdown with little social interaction and all...
Hope you all down there can escape another lockdown come your winter in late June.10 months, ouch. We're a couple of months out of our 4 month lockdown over winter.

Good job!One week of dry January in the books!
I am not finding it difficult at all really. I can't tell you if I feel any better or worse as sleeping has been a struggle this past week. Maybe the two are related...Good job!
